The Palm Room earns its keep with grandparents and teenagers alike: a queen bed wrapped in deep teal walls, its own TV, and louvre windows that pull the garden breeze through while the aircon and ceiling fan handle the rest.
The family bathroom is next door, with its full-size bathtub, shared with The Cubby on the other side. That puts the bath-and-bed shift and the grown-up end of the house comfortably out of each other's way.
