What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm with a self check-in keypad, so there is no key handover to coordinate. Check-out is by 10am. Ask about early or late options when you book; we help when the calendar allows.
How many people does the house sleep?
Nine, across four bedrooms: a king with ensuite, a queen with its own bathroom, a second queen, and the kids room with a fire-truck single and a toddler floor bed. A cot is available on request.
Is the house good for young kids?
It is built around them: fully fenced yard, in-ground trampoline with grassy mounds beside it, a plumbed mud kitchen, a basketball hoop that rolls out to the cul-de-sac, a dedicated playroom with toys and games, kids light presets in the smart home portal, and a pool fence to Queensland standards.
What is the smart home guest portal?
Confirmed guests get access to a phone-friendly portal that controls the living room aircon, pool light with a timer, bedroom and kids lighting presets, and the lawn sprinklers, plus the full house guide. No app installs, no accounts.
Is there parking and an EV charger?
Free parking on the property including a covered carport, plus an EV charger. Street parking for extra cars is easy in the estate.
How close is the beach?
Trinity Beach itself is a five minute walk, along with the esplanade restaurants and bars. The estate also gives guests red-key access to three resort pools, including a heated pool and a 25 metre lap pool, and the tennis court.
What are the house rules?
No pets, no parties or events, and quiet after 9pm out of respect for our neighbours. No glass by the pool; plastic drinkware is provided. The bamboo floors are soft, so please be gentle with furniture and heels.
Is Trinity Beach good for families?
Genuinely, yes. Calm swimming with a patrolled stinger net in season, a playground on the esplanade, walkable dinners, and day trips to the reef, Kuranda and Port Douglas all within easy reach.
How do bookings work?
You send a request with your dates and party details, and we personally confirm within 24 hours. No instant booking, no bots: it means the calendar is always accurate and you always deal with the owners.
Do you have WiFi and streaming?
Fast WiFi throughout. The TVs are smart streaming only (no terrestrial reception): log into your own accounts, cast from your phone to the Chromecast, and please log out before checkout.
